Two forms of participation are available: direct and remote.

The text of a submitted paper should be at least 10 but no more than 16 pages long (for Long Papers) or at least 5 but no more than 9 pages long (for Short Papers). To submit a paper Registration is needed.

To submit a paper please refer to the Easy Chair conference system or contact  the organizing commitee at is@ulstu.ru. Please, find the template for the article here. Papers should be in Springer’s LNCS formats (refer for details here).

Submitted papers will be subject to peer review and evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published prior to the Conference.

Accepted papers will appear in the Conference proceedings and will be published at: the Conference site (conf-is.ru), at the library site (venec.ulstu.ru) and at the social networking site for scientists and researchers (researchgate.net). Two volumes shall be published after the Conference. The first one will include all the papers accepted by the reviewers and presented at the Conference. The second one will include the papers written in good English and shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication with the possibility of indexing in SCOPUS.

The conference fee equals to the publication cost which is 5 Euro per page (for students) or 10 Euro per page (for other participants). Participants should pay for publications in advance regardless of the form of participation (in accordance with registration rules).
